Since 2009 the Friends of the Landlocked Forest have done a wide variety of projects to enhance The Landlocked Forest.
This work has been done by volunteers and scouts.
Regular work needs to be done to keep trails clear, signs up, and to clear the meadow annually.
Just some of our projects included:
- marked trails
- created trail maps
- built and information kiosk
- built boardwalks to protect the wetlands
